The UN Global Goals in The Final Invention
The Final Invention is a sustainability learning game inspired by the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. In the game, the player works with solutions linked to specific targets and experiences, through action, how choices and inventions can contribute to a more sustainable future.

What are the Global Goals?
The UN’s 17 Global Goals are a shared, global plan to create a more sustainable, fair and liveable world by 2030.
Why do they matter to the game?
They give a concrete framework for the challenges and solutions you meet in The Final Invention – from clean water and renewable energy to recycling and sustainable food production.
How do you experience them?
Through the game’s tasks, inventions and choices, you work with several of the targets in practice and see how small actions can make a difference.
