14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel a purchase of physical goods within 14 days from the day you receive them. You do not need to give a reason.
How to cancel
- Email us at info@sidsteprototype.dk with your order number before the 14 days have passed.
- Return the goods no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You pay for the return shipping.
- We refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, but may wait until we have received the goods.
Condition of the goods
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical shop. If the goods have been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Digital game
The right of withdrawal for The Final Invention as a digital download ends once you have consented at checkout to delivery starting and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
