astral.dk is a student project. The web shop shows products and prices but does not accept real orders. The terms below show how a purchase would work in a real web shop.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT. Shipping is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. We only charge your card when the goods are shipped. The digital game is paid for when you order.
Order and contract
The contract is binding once you have received our order confirmation by email. You must actively accept these terms at checkout before you can complete your purchase.
Delivery
Physical goods are shipped within 2–4 working days to addresses in Denmark. The digital game is delivered as a download link in the order confirmation and under My account.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical goods. For the digital game, the right of withdrawal ends once you have consented to the download starting. Read more under Returns and right of withdrawal.
Complaints about defects
You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

Complaints
If we cannot find a solution together, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via forbrug.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can use the European Commission’s online complaint portal.
